Habe mal vom Moritz eine DBA - Armee mit Karthagern in 1:72 gekauft,
sollte man die auch mitbringen ?

Die ist wirklich hervorragend bemalt und wenn jemand das von Euch schön
fotografiert, dann wirkt das bestimmt gut.

Auch der Thomas hat da tolle Sachen und der Gero mit seinen Indern dürfte
sicher bei den Bewertungen ganz vorne mitmischen können.

Wenn Figuren aus meinem Fundus was gewinnen, dann würde ich den Gewinn
an die Vereinskasse weitergeben, ich denke mit den Gutscheinen kann man sicher
das kaufen, was uns noch fehlen sollte.

Dear Dice Knights!

I was in Battlefield Berlin today and had an opportunity to browse through MeG rulebook we were making the photos for.
I haven't got any notifications from PSC regarding our photos usage but I was curious to see the quality of the photos and miniatures they've used.

While going through pages I surprisingly found a photo of my Theban Hoplites and 2 photos of Strand's Indians (Elephants and some cavalry). That creates few questions:
- why they never notified us about it? And why they didn't give us the vouchers promised.
- they signed all photos with my name, though I gave them all the photos grouped and signed by author names.

I don't care about the vouchers, I do care about them forgetting to notify us and not reaching us to get a proper signatures under photos, though I clearly put the fact that armies are coming from the whole club + split the photos on named folders on Drive.

So, I want to contact them and ask to fix the name on photos of Indians.
If you think we should ask for more, let me know and I will send more detailed email.

On a positive side - I'd say our photos are one of the best of all photos of the book

Hi Andrew,

thanks for your research! You should definitely contact them and clarify the issues with the naming. But I think you should also ask for the vouchers because it was what they promoted the whole thing with.

It's been some time since I've posted here. Some updated so far:

• I've got in contact with PCS and they are sorry about the mistake. I've given them correct credits (so, there were 2 photos from Strand and 1 from me included in the book) and those will be included in digital master file, so in case of reprint the error would be fixed.
  
• They also will publish a post on FB describing the situation and giving proper credits. I want to ask them to include a link on clubs FB page to spread the word a bit.
  
• Just today I've received an email that we have a discount voucher worth 25 pounds for our next order. It's not a code - I will have to forward the order itself with the email to their administrator to apply the discount.
  

So, I guess, we should decide what to do with this discount - I don't need it. If Gero also fine with idea, we could use the voucher to buy smth for the club. Though i have no clue what could we need there

On this point I would say that the issue is resolved.
