TBH some how BF managed to reduce variety of forces it has, so there's no option to give Fearless to Tanks anymore. They have made cards modifying morale and skill stats mainly for infantry. About the list - there's a New Zeland division, that is based entirely on Honeys. So if you have 8 Honeys - you can go with them and skip getting extra crusaders.
