The new datafile which includes the Lizz Special Characters is up.
It should also include fixes for the DE Special Champs, and the
addition of the Dark Elf Assassin in the Special Character List to
give the user the ability to add an assassin outside of the unit.
Note on the DE Assassin: There is NO VALIDATION for use of the roster
entry under special characters. This is an addition that should be
used only when you really do understand the rules that go along with
selecting an assassin. There has BEEN NO CHANGE to the unit upgrade
style that has been the norm since the release of the DE 7th ED AB file.
